ESTUDIO DE DISEÑO ARQUITECTÓNICO

Como Arquitecto imagino el espacio, con la conciencia de superar el hábitat humano de hoy.
Como Diseñador, me concentro en el usuario; Mi reto creativo es proyectar objetos que sean útiles y estéticos. 
Y como Artista, pienso en el mensaje de la obra, en la transmisión de imágenes visuales.
Son mis tres profesiones que vinculo con vasos comunicantes entre sí.

Mi propósito es desdibujar los límites entre la arquitectura, el diseño y el arte, creando una obra polivalente.

As an Architect, I imagine space, with the consciousness of enhancing today's human habitat.
As a Designer, I focus on the user; my creative challenge is to project objects that are both useful and attractive.
And as an artist, I think of the message of the work; of a way to convey visual metaphors.
These are my three professions, which I link with communicating vessels.

My purpose is to melt the limits between architecture, design, and art, creating a polyvalent work.

El arquitecto Oscar Niemeyer solía decir que uno de los grandes poderes de los arquitectos, es el de dar placer a través de la Arquitectura. Y yo me alineo con ese pensamiento… Me refiero a provocar sensaciones, e intentar emocionar al observador que vive el espacio creado; algo muy difícil de lograr. Esa obra perdurará, será observada, y será vivida por muchos años. Y esa gran posibilidad la asumo con un inmenso respeto en mi profesión.

The architect Oscar Niemeyer used to say that one of the greatest powers of architects is that of giving pleasure through the architecture. I align myself with that thought ... I mean to provoke sensations and try to thrill the observer who lives that space; that´s something very difficult to achieve. That work will go on, will be observed, and will be lived for many years. And I take on that great possibility with enormous respect in my profession.

Siento que en el mundo de hoy, el arte, la arquitectura, y el diseño deben fusionarse; desdibujándose sus límites. Los grandes maestros arquitectos como Foster, Calatrava, Niemeyer, Gehry, Hadid y Nouvel, lo hicieron siempre al diseñar, aunque por supuesto, esto implica un desafío mayor. Yo apuesto a esta visión más audaz de la nueva arquitectura.

I feel that in today's world, art, architecture, and design must merge; blurring its limits. The great master architects such as Foster, Calatrava, Niemeyer, Gehry, Hadid and Nouvel, did it always when designing, although of course, this implies a greater challenge. I bet on this bolder vision of the new architecture.

Pinto retratos en estilo Pop Art. Mi referente en Argentina es Jorge de La Vega, que pertenecía al grupo Di Tella; y en Norteamérica es Andy Warhol.  Mi búsqueda es obtener en los retratos una instantánea del alma con una impronta “flower-power” de los 70´s. 

I paint portraits in Pop Art style. My reference in Argentina it’s Jorge de la Vega, who belonged to the Di Tella group, and my reference in North America is Andy Warhol. My goal is to create a snapshot of the soul; one that reminds the "flower-power" style of the 70's.
